Scripture is clear: Man (human beings) areÂ created in the image and likeness of the Creator. The breath of God is only imparted to humans; no other animal is formed in God’s image (1:27). Only humans can enjoy the privilege of dialogue with their Creator (Gen. 2:16-17; 3:8-13). Humans alone have spiritual awareness and moral conscience (Job 32:8).
We are inspired beings, have the “spirit of life”, God’s breath.Â As inspired beings, we should seek to be an positive inspirational influence in life.Â How do we inspire others? There are several ways we can inspire others and impart into their lives knowledge and godly wisdom so everyone who crosses our path can be encouraged, empowered and better, simply because they met us, if only for a season.
